 → Express Delivery within ON and QC is NEXT BUSINESS DAY delivery for orders placed by 11am. Ex: an order placed at 10am on Monday, will be delivered on Tuesday. An order placed on Friday at 3pm will be dispatched on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

PO BOXES: please note that only Canada Post can deliver to a PO Mailbox. Orders shipping to a PO Box-only area can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please consider entering a physical address instead, when possible.

RETURNS

While we do not currently accept returns, we guarantee every product you receive. If there is ever an item that is defective or damaged, you can exchange it for a store credit. Please notify us immediately through our Contact Us page or email us directly at info@bundlesofzoe.com to be eligible for an exchange.

All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and the item must be returned in unused condition within 7 days. Note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned: sale items and all perishable goods (including teas, snacks and other foods) cannot be returned and are final sale. As we are a small business, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your item.
