No. Our gift bundles are intended to provide support and strength in the form of clean and organic products that a cancer patient will use and love. There is no mention of cancer, chemo, radiation, etc. It is 100% HAPPY and UPLIFTING. Each care package is elegantly packed and personalized with a handwritten card. 

Absolutely! Every gift bundle includes an appropriate card and a handwritten message, if sending directly to the recipient. We have a card for any occasion: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GET WELL SOON, THINKING OF YOU, THANK YOU, HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY, CONGRATS, SENDING SUNSHINE YOUR WAY, ETC. Don’t forget to enter your gift message in the text box at checkout. 

Yes! You can select one of our curated bundles, build your own, or even purchase one of our pre-curated boxes and add an item or two that to make your gift bundle perfect! Each care package is elegantly packed in a white box and comes with a complimentary, personalized, greeting card.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be curated, packed, and processed. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking details.

Please include the recipient's name, full address and contact phone number. Don’t forget to include the gift message in the “GIFT MESSAGE” textbox at checkout. We will handwrite the card and send straight to the recipient! 

No. Our gift bundles are dispatched without an invoice, receipt or packing slip. 

Yes. Once your order has been completed, we will email you a tracking number so you can track the delivery online.

Don’t panic! If you realise you input the wrong address, please contact us and we will try to reroute the order, if possible. A re-direction fee may apply is the gift box has been dispatched. If any orders are returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, failure to collect from the post office there will be a re-delivery charge.

Yes! If you do not input a gift message, the recipient will receive an anonymous gift.

We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States.

Yes, we can. However please note that only Canada Post can deliver to a PO Mailbox. Orders shipping to a PO Box-only area can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please consider entering a physical address instead, when possible.

We offer international shipping, depending on the country. Please contact us directly and we can provide an estimated shipping cost prior to your purchase. You can message us at info@bundlesofzoe.com. 

We do our best to accommodate requests for delivery on specific dates, however we cannot make any guarantees. Please add a message in the notes at checkout and we will certainly accommodate your request where possible.

We are mindful that under certain circumstances (ex: sympathy gifts, surgery recovery gifts), our customers require a timely delivery of their care packages. We offer next day delivery (for orders placed before 11am) within the Great Toronto and Greater Montreal Areas. Contact us for a quote for next-day delivery, where available, for all other cities.

All orders have a 1-2 business day processing time. Shipping is an additional 2-7 days. Note: Delivery to PO Boxes can take up to 3 weeks.

We use a variety of couriers, depending on which one can get your order delivered the fastest. The companies we use are ICS Courier, FedEx, Purolator and UPS. If you are shipping to a PO Box, we will ship with Canada Post.

While we do not currently accept returns, we guarantee every product you receive.  If there is ever an item that is defective or damaged, you can exchange it for a store credit. Please notify us immediately through our Contact Us page or email us directly at info@bundlesofzoe.com to be eligible for an exchange. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery and the item must be returned in unused condition within 7 days. Note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned: sale items and all perishable goods (including teas, snacks and other foods) cannot be returned and are final sale. As we are a small business, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your item.
