What is Bundles of Zoe?

Bundles of Zoe is a Canadian business dedicated to supporting and empowering new and expectant moms by offering convenient and affordable access to high-quality, natural maternity and baby care essentials. Our goal is to help make life as a new mom a little easier and enhance the early stages of motherhood. ❤️️ 

What can I expect to receive in my Bundle?

Each bundle is specially curated and filled with amazing everyday essentials, prioritizing clean, all-natural ingredients. We specially select items in each Bundle based on your stage of pregnancy or your baby's stage of development. 

Can you tell me more about the products found in the Bundles?

Each item has been extensively researched, tested and carefully chosen to help prepare and pamper mom. We favour products that are organic or toxin-free, made by trusted brands and safe to use while pregnant or nursing.

Our partners are largely well-established companies, predominantly eco-friendly, and female-run. The products we select use the purest and safest ingredients as possible, with a large emphasis on "Made in Canada" 

 

How do I know which bundle is right for me?

Whether you are in the early stages of pregnancy, you are about to pop, or you recently welcomed a little bundle of joy, you can purchase (or gift!) a Bundle. 

If you are unsure which bundle to select, we would be more than happy to help - please reach out to us. 

Can I send a Bundle as a gift?

Yes, absolutely! You can send a bundle to a friend, daughter, co-worker, neighbour, or any expectant Mama you'd like to spoil! You will simply have to pick your bundle, then include the recipient's delivery details on the order form. We will handle the rest! You may also let us know if you'd like us to include a note, and we will gladly hand-write a gift message for the special Mama.

Am I able to customize the products in my Bundle?

Yes, you can contact us (by phone, email, or social media DM) if you have any allergies or preferences so that we may customize your bundle. 

Can I add items from the Boutique to my Bundle?

Yes! You can add on any individual item(s) from our Boutique to your Bundle and they will ship for free.

Do you offer returns? 

Unfortunately, at this time we can not accept returns of Bundles. We do however guarantee every product in our bundles. If there is ever a product that is defective, damaged, or you simply have no use for, you can exchange it for a store credit. Please see our Return Policy for full details, and contact us for assistance. 

What type of payments are accepted?

We accept credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) as well as other popular payment methods including Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. You may also contact us if you would prefer paying by e-transfer. 

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $100 ship for free within Canada and the U.S.

Orders less than $100 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10 (within Canada & the U.S.)

How long does it take to process an order?

Our Bundles are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our Montreal facility. Local orders (Greater Montreal Area) are generally delivered within 2 business days. National and International deliveries take ~3-10 days, on average. 

During busy periods, such as Christmas holidays, please expect delays in your shipment.

Can you tell me more about your Giving Back initiative?

Bundles of Zoe is a for-profit business that strongly believes in the importance of giving back. We have partnered with local charitable organizations that offer support services to mothers and children in difficulty. For every bundle sold we donate essentials to help empower a family in need. Thank you for allowing us make to a positive impact on vulnerable moms throughout our community!
